Laurent PERPERE started his career in 1981 in the French government at the Treasury department. He then moved to the chemicals group Rhone Poulenc (1985-1987) and to the Hachette group (edition) where he was the CEO of the newspaper Le Provencal (1987-1993). This led him to Canal + (the pay TV company) where he was the CFO before taking over the international operations (1995-2003). Since 2004, he has been a senior partner at Brunswick, the international critical communication advisory firm, and has advised the most prestigious French and foreign companies in both domestic and cross border cases. Laurent graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Nationale d'Administration and holds the highest French teaching diploma in modern literature.
